Our goal is making your experience building with Authentic Custom Homes an enjoyable process. We take care of everything from start to finish.
Our Process.
01 Plan
First we meet to discuss your desires for your home. This includes key features, size, location, and all the other details. We will also review project financing and recommend local lenders if needed.
02 Design
After our initial meeting, we bring in our draftsman, Chad, to create a space based on your ideas and desires utilizing one of his current designs that fits your vision or creating a completely custom design.
03 Permits + Finishes
If you already have purchased your land we will then submit our plans to the county for review. This typically takes 6-8 weeks. During this time you will choose all of your fixtures and finishes.
04 Build
Once we have permits we can get started building your custom home! We will have weekly phone meetings to update you on our progress, and you will also have access to your construction schedule via iCalendar.
05 Complete
Our typical time frame is 8 months from attaining permits to handing over keys. Once your home is completed we will walk through together and make sure you love everything and address any concerns. After we get final approval from the county, you will be able to move into your beautiful custom home!
